easy chicken gumbo

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil16 oz frozen okra1 onion chopped1 green pepper chopped4 cups chicken broth16 oz can diced tomatoes with juice1 teaspoon saltdash of pepper2 cups cut-up cooked chickenServe over brown rice
Directions
Heat oil. Add okra, onion and green pepper; cook and stir well until onion is tender. Stir in broth, tomatoes with liquid, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling., then reduce heat. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes. Stir in chicken and heat through. Serve over rice.
