1 cup (3 packets) dry oatmeal2 scoops of whey protein3 dashes of cinnamon1/8 cup light maple syrup(sub with equivalent brown sugar)1 tbsp flaxseed (or chopped almonds/peanut butter)12oz water (or low fat milk)
Directions
cook oatmeal first then cool, put all ingredients in blender
