Homemade Applesauce

Ingredients
6 apples1 Tblsp1/2 tsp ground cinnamon1 Tblsp lemon juiceapprox 3 Tblsps sugar but I do it to taste
Directions
peel and core apples and then put in pot with sugar cinnamon and lemon juice. Cover and cook slowly over a medium low heat until tender. Approx. 20 mins. Mash or puree the mixture and chill.
