Low Carb Beef Stew (Crock Pot-No Potatoes)

Ingredients
1 onion, 4 carrots, 1 celery stalk, 1.5 cups peas, 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, 3 cups beef broth, 1 garlic clove, 3 lbs beef.
Directions
Place meat in slow cooker. In a small bowl mix together the flour, salt, and pepper; pour over meat, and stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Stir in the remaining ingredients.

Cover on Low setting for 10 to 12 hours, or on High setting for 4 to 6 hours.
