Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup canned pineapple with a little bit of juice1/2 cup frozen mango (I used Trader Joe's)2 cups fresh spinach (can sub kale or other greens if you like, I think spinach is the most neutral-flavored)1 scoop protein powder (I used GNC's unflavored whey powder)1/2 tbsp flax seeds (optional)
Directions
Layer all items in a blender, or blend with a hand blender. Blend until mixture is a solid light green color and has a smoothie consistency.
