Chuck Roast

Ingredients
2lbs Chuck Roast1 1/2 cups of carrots 5 small yellow potatoes cubed1 med. onion sliced2 cups of beef broth2 small cans of mushrooms2 tsp of Goya Adobo seasoningsalt pepper
Directions
cube potatoes, chop up carrots, slice onions, sprinkle adobo seasoning on the meat. Throw everything together in the slow cooker. Put on temp #5 for 5 hours then between #3 & 4 for the next 3 hours. I didn't thicken up the gravy because I didn't want to add more fattening stuff to it.
I'm new to this site and I never measure anything when I cook so seasoning may be off.
