Open Sesame Noodles

Ingredients
8 oz whole wheat thin spaghetti2 Tbsp sesame oil2 1/2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce1 Tbsp brown sugar1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar1/4 tsp ground ginger1 cup frozen peas, cooked and drained2 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped and steamed1/4 cup sesame seeds
Directions
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine next 5 ingredients (sesame oil thru ginger). Toss hot noodles with cooked peas, broccoli and sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Serves 4

Serving suggestion: Great with steamed zucchini, yellow squash and snow peas!!

    My daughter enjoyed this, too. I was lazy and just used some frozen vegetables, and it was a great side dish! - 2/19/08
