Whole Wheat Baking Powder Biscuits

Ingredients
2 cups whole what flour1 T Baking Powder1.25 t kosher salt5 T unsalted butter1/2 cup lowfat buttermilk1/4 cup skim milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 450F. Mix dry ingredients. Cut butter in to dry ingredients with pastry blender until it resembles peas. Form a well in dry ingredients and pour milks into the well. Gradually mix together until just moist. Turn on to lightly floured counter and roll to 3/8 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutter and reroll scraps. Repeat until 15 biscuits have been formed. Place on nonstick cookie sheet with edges touching (for a higher rise). Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
