roasted chicken & vegetables

Ingredients
1 can cream of chicken (98% fat free)condenced soup1 can cream of mushroom (98% fat free) condenced soup2/3 cups water2 lbs of boneless skinless chicken 4 cups baby carrots6 cups peeled, quartered potatoes
Directions
preheat oven to 400
covered roasting pan
add soup and water to the roasting pan, stir. add vegtables, stir. Cut up the chicken into strips, place on top. Place in oven and bake for aprox. 1 1/2 hour, or until vegetables are cooked.
