Garlic Roasted Potatos

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbspPotato, raw, 4 mediumGarlic, 4 clovesOnions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Directions
Chop Potatos into 1 1/2" cubes
Preheat 12" pan w/ olive oil
Chop onion and garlic into small pieces and toss in pan saute` untill translucent.
Toss potatos into pan
Pepper to taste
Cover occasionally tossing w/ spatuala.
