Make ahead Turkey burgers

2 medium chopped white onions1/2 bunch fresh parsley chopped4 cloves garlic-minced or 1 tbs garlic powder1 tsp salt5 shakes of worcestershire sauce2 tbs dried oregano1 tsp pepper1 tbs chili powder4 eggs1-1/4 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs4 1-lb pkgs of 93% lean ground turkey
Mix first eight ingredients, then add eggs and mix well. Add ground turkey and form into 24 patties. Put them on two cookie sheets lined with foil (makes clean up very easy) and broil for about 12 minutes or until nicely browned. I make these ahead of time and freeze. They make a great lunch with a salad or even a nice supper.
