Ingredients
1 lb. 93% lean ground beef1 29 ounce can tomatoe sauce1 30 ounce can Bush's Chilli Beans1/2 cup onion chopped1 small green pepper chopped1 small fresh sweet red pepper chopped2 garlic cloves chopped or crushed2 tsp. chilli powder (or to taste)Crushed red pepper (optional)1 tsp salt1 tsp coarse black pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef in 4 quart sauce pan with salt, coarse black pepper, garlic, green pepper, sweet red peppers and onion. Drain well. Add tomatoe sauce and chilli beans. Add chilli powder and crushed red peppers if desired. Cover and simmer on low heat for 1 hour. Serve piping hot as is or add your favorite low fat chilli toppings!
