Ginger Honey Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
4 salmon fillets2 tsp olive oil2 tsp honey2 tsp Dijon mustard2 tsp fresh gingerroot, grated
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a plastic zippered bag and marinate for at least 4 hours.

Preheat oven to 350.

Remove salmon from bag and place in a medium sized baking dish.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork and is fully cooked (but not overcooked).
