Ingredients
2 Bags Wegman's Frozen Cauliflower1/4 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese1/4 cup Daisy Lite Sour Cream1tbsp Country Crock Lite25g Kirkland Parmesan Reggiano Cheese1/4tsp granulated garlic1/4tsp ground black pepper
Directions
Cook frozen cauliflower by boiling in two cups of water. Then, drain water and mash cauliflower, to desired mashed potato consistancy, in pot while hot. Add all ingredients and stir well while warm. Serve
