Breakfast Fruit Bar

Ingredients
3T creamy Peanut Butter1 egg + 1 egg white3/4C quick oats (dry)1/2C chopped dried fruit (prunes, apples, coconut)2T ground flax seed2t vanilla extract (or other desired flavorings)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir with a wooden spoon

Line a 9x6 with foil and lightly spray with non-stick spray.

Firmly and evenly press mixture into pan and Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 min or until brown and tough (or tight when pressed) on top
