Ingredients
1 (6 oz) container of light yogurt - I use Breyer's light1 cup orange juice1 cup pinapple - cubed1 cup papaya - cubed1 cup cantaloupe - cubed1 medium banana
Directions
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. If you are using fresh fruit, you may want to add a few ice cubes (4-5) to help thicken it up a little. If you are using frozen fruit, you may not need the ice.

The 20 minutes prep time is for cutting fruit. If you are using pre-cut fruit, the prep time goes down to about 2 minutes.

Smart guy Tim, I also buy fruit when it's cheap, cop it into smaller chunks, put in smaller sandwich size bags, & toss in the freezer for later when they aren't so inexpensive or available - 3/27/12
