3 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts (12 oz)1 can Herdez Salsa Casera (12 tbsp)1/2 cup Mahatma Jasmine Rice1 cup homemade chicken stock (less sodium than listed)cumin powderdried oreganodried cilantrogarlic powderonion powderchili powder
Rinse breasts and place in slow cooker pot. Defrost homemade chicken stock serving and add to pot with salsa and rice, stirring. Season liberally with cumin and chili powder. Season to taste with garlic powder, onion powder, cilantro and oregano. Cook covered on low for 6 hours. Divide into 3 servings
