Easy Low Cal Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients
1 package Shirataki Noodles, spaghetti shape1 cup spaghetti sauce1 cup canned mushrooms (1 small can)1/2 cup egg substitute (fat free)1/3 cup low fat shredded cheese8 pieces pepperoni slices, cut into quarters
Directions
Preheat oven to 425.

Rinse & drain noodles well. Pat dry. Microwave for 1 minute.

Drain thoroughly and pat dry well.

In a baking dish, combine noodles, mushrooms, egg sub., 1/2 of pepperoni, & 3/4c spaghetti sauce. Mix well.

Bake for 25 mins or until firm.

Spread remaining 1/4c spaghetti sauce & remaining pepperoni on top. Top with cheese & bake until cheese is melted.

Serving Size: 1/4th of pie
