Lena's This and That Guacamole

Ingredients
1.5-2 ripe avocadosJuice of 1/2 limeGarlic, 2 cloves1 tb onion chopped1 medium tomato1 red baby bell pepper or 1/2 regular bell pepperSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut avocados in half. Remove seed and scoop middle into a blender pitcher or food processor. Squeeze juice of 1 lime onto avocado. Chop and add garlic,onion, tomato and bell pepper. Add salt and pepper to taste. If heat is desired you can add a little chopped hot pepper or dash of hot sauce. Blend until all ingredients are mixed together and desired consistency is reached
