Mushroom Miso Gravy

Ingredients
Portabella Mushrooms1/3 cup cornstarch3 tsp buttersoup packet of misowater (approx 2 cups)
Directions
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat. saute mushrooms until just tender. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in miso and water, bring to the boil. Add cornstarch that has been dissolved in just enough water. Stir and boil for about 3 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 1/4 cup servings
