Bechamel Sauce with Parmesan & Dill

Ingredients
1 TBSP light margarine1 TBSP flour1 cup skim milk1/2 tsp Dijon mustard2 TBSP light grated Parmesan cheese1/2 tsp dillPinch of basil
Directions
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes. Whisk in milk and continue whisking until sauce bubbles and thickens. Add seasoning and stir in cheese. Serve immediately.
