Marinated Vegetables

Ingredients
5 medium cucumbers, sliced2 cups chopped red or orange or yellow bell peppers1 small onion, sliced1.5 c apple cider vingear1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder5 little packages Sweet n low
Directions
Mix onion, cucumber, and peppers in a large bowl that has a lid.

Whisk vinegar, seasonings, and sweet n low in a bowl. Pour over vegetables.

Put the lid on the bowl and shake. Refrigerate 3 hours, shaking every now and then to cover vegetables.
