Ingredients
3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour3/4 cup Organic Soy Flour Arrowhead Mills1/2 tbsp Salt2 tsp Baking Powder1 tsp Cinnamon (ground)1/3 cup Applesauce, unsweetened2 Large Eggs1/2 cup Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave)1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 cup Fresh Blueberries1/3 cup (2.6 oz) Fat Free Milk1 tsp Lime zest

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. Grease muffin cups (non-stick oil spray) or line with muffin liners.
3. Combine flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder set aside.
4. In a separate bowl, beat eggs add applesauce, agave, vanilla extract, lime zest, milk and mix well.
5. Mix this with flour mixture. Fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups right to the top.

Bake for 25 mins and/or until you insert a toothpick and it comes out clean. Once done, let it cool down and enjoy!
