4 pork chops, 1/2" thick2 tbsp canola oil1.5 tbsp balsalmic vinegar4 tsp brown sugar3/4 tsp garlic powder3/4 tsp powdered mustard1 tbsp worcestershire sauce3/4 cup water
Brown porkchops in oil. While browning, mix together remaining ingredients in a small bowl. When the chops are browned, pour the mixture over the chops. Cover and cook for an hour. Remove chops from the pan and boil the fluid in the pan to reduce to a sauce. Serve over the chops.
