Loaded Potato Casserole With Ham

Ingredients
4 Tbsp Butter1.5 Cups Skimmed Milk3.5 Cups Boiling Water1/2 Lb Extra Lean Ham, Cubed1 Large Onion, Chopped2 Boxes Betty Crocker Loaded Potato Casserole
Directions
Heat water, milk, and butter in microwave to almost boiling - about 6 minutes should do it. Spray cooking spray into a 13"x9"x2" casserole dish, or I use a big oblong clear pyrex dish. Add chopped onion and ham into the bottom of the dish, and pour over the hot liquid ingredients over that. Stir slightly. Bake at 450° for 35 or 40 minutes or until golden brown on top. Remove from oven, and let set for about 5 minutes to set up slightly. It will thicken up when it cools.
