Jackie's Milanesa

Ingredients
1 lb Thin Cut Milanesa beef, cut into strips, about 1/2 inch wide. 1 Red Onion, sliced thin1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce, I used Trader Joe's1/2 cup White Vinegar1/3 cup Grapeseed Oil (or any other oil, but this is my favorite!)1 head Iceberg Lettuce
Directions
Heat oil in skillet and saute Milanesa until cooked through, add soy sauce, if sauce looks too oily add more soy sauce.

Add Onions and cook until the onions reach your preferred tenderness.

While cooking tear up lettuce into a large bowl.

Remove pan from heat and stir in vinegar. Pour all over the lettuce while it is still hot to cause some wilting of the lettuce. Mix and enjoy!
