Ingredients
Ground Elk, 1 lb Beans, black, 3 cup Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 1 cup Beans, navy, .75 cup Tomato Sauce, 2 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1 cup Tomato juice, without salt added, 6 cup Green Chiles (Diced), 4 oz Hot Chili Seasoning, 8 serving Onions, raw, 1 medium
Directions
cook elk with onion and comine all other ingredients and seasoning into large pot. Bring to boil and let simmer for 30 minutes.
