Simple Carrot Curry Soup

Ingredients
3c carrots2.5 c chicken broth1.5c milk (1%)1 tsp curry powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Blend all except salt and pepper in a large pot. Simmer until carrots are fully cooked. Blend with a hand blender until smooth, or transfer to a blender. Salt and pepper to taste. Yum!
