Whole Wheat Pancakes

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat pastry flour2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt2 cups unsweetened almond milk (with or without vanilla)2 large eggs2 TBS melted coconut oil3 TBS stevia in the raw3 TBS flax seed
Directions
Wisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and stevia. Mix together the wet ingredients and combine with the dry ingredients. Use a 1/3 cup measuring cup to scoop out 12 pancakes onto a griddle. Flip to second side when bubbles form on the first side.
