Creamy turkey cauliflower soup

Ingredients
Turkey, Thigh, Ground, 32 oz (remove)*Vidalia onion, raw 1 medium onion, 1 serving (remove)*CaUliflower, Raw 1 medium head (nutritiondata.com), 1 serving (remove)*carrot, large, 4 serving (remove)*365 Brand Frozen Chopped Spinach-1 cup, 2 serving (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Chicken Broth, 4 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Milk, 2%, 3 cup (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Cream Cheese, 8 oz (remove)*central market organic whole milk, 2 cup (remove)
Directions
Saute turkey with onion and garlic until pink is gone. Add vegetables, stir well. Cover with broth and 2% milk; bring to boil. Reduce to low simmer until vegetables are tender. Stir in cubed cream cheese, cubed Colby cheese, & whole milk. Stir until cheeses are melted and blended, and soup is hot.
