Roasted Parmesan Potatoes Less Sodium

Ingredients
4 medium Red Skin Potatoes, washed skin on diced1 Tbsp. olive oil3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheeseMs Dash to taste.
Directions
Preheat oven 450 degrees. Spray sheet pan with cooking spray. Slice potatoes in half then cut into half inch cubes. Place potatoes in a medium bowl and toss with oil. Combine Parmesan Cheese, Ms Dash in a small bowl. Add Parmesan mixture to potatoes. Toss to coat evenly. Arrange Potatoes on baking sheet. Bake, turning once until potatoes are lightly browned and easily pierced with a knife, about 25 min.
