1 flour tortilla1 small cucumber sliced3 mini, sweet peppers5 cherry tomatoes 1/4 cup low fat cheddar cheese
Directions
First, sprinkle on the cheese and then place on other ingredients. Fold over and place in the microwave for 1 minute. Done!
