Directions
Stirfry garlic, onion, celery, peppers. Open canned beans, rinse & drain well, add to stock pan. Add tomatoes & spices. Mix all together and cook until your type of tenderness!
Add ground meat (we use leftovers from another night) or ground veggie meat (0.5 cup per serving)
