Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Ingredients
3-4 fillets of Tilapia3 large cloves garlic1 large T lemon juice4T fresh chopped parsley3T buttersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Rinse and pat dry fish fillets. Place in a glass cooking dish and set aside.
Melt butter in frying pan and saute the chopped garlic. Cook the garlic a few minutes -- careful not to burn it.
Pour butter/garlic sauce over the fish.
Lightly sprinkle with fresh ground black pepper and sea salt.
Sprinkle with chopped Parsley.
Squeeze lemon wedge over the fillets.

Cook at 400 degrees for 10-15 mintues.
If thin fillets, reduce time to 8-10 minutes.
