baked glazed donuts

Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, .5 cup Baking Powder, 1 tsp Salt, .25 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp Egg, fresh, 2 large *Canola Oil, 3 tbsp Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 tbsp 1-3 T waterBaking spray Glaze Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar, .75 cup, unsifted Milk, 3.25%, 3 tbsp vabilla extract 1Tbsp
Directions
Pre heat oven to 375
For batter mix wet ingredients except water together and add to dry ingredients. Mix with a spoon gently till incorporated. You may need to add up to 3 T water depending on your humidity. You want the dough to be about the texture of pancake batter just a small bit thicker. Add to a plastic bag or pipping bag and pipe in to donut molds that are sprayed with baking spray. Bake @375 for 22 minutes or until donuts spring back when pushed. Remove from oven and tip on to a cooling rack.
To make glaze melt butter and milk together add vanilla and powdered sugar mix and let boil about 2 minutes. let cool 5 minutes and dip donuts in the glaze and let cool on cooling rack. enjoy
