Oatmeal "Fried" Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken breast-no bone no skin2 cups oatmeal ground into oatmeal flour4 egg whiteSpices and herbs to taste
Directions
Grind oatmeal in a food processor or blender until it resembles flour.
Dip chicken in egg whites and then flour.
Bake in oven for about 30ish minutes until cooked through.

Serving Size: 6 servings but we cut the chicken breast in half
