Ham & Cheese Corn Chowder

Ingredients
Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)*Potato, raw, 4 cup dicedCelery, raw, 1 cup, dicedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, choppedOnions, raw, 0.5 cup, choppedPepper, black, 0.5 tspSalt, 2 tspButter, salted, 0.5 cupFlour, white, 0.5 cupMilk, 2%, 4 cupCheddar Cheese, 4 cup, shreddedYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 2 cansFarmland 95% Fat Free Cubed Ham, 32 ounces
Directions
Put water and vegetables (except corn) into stock pot with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 8-10 minutes until vegetables are tender. remove from heat and do NOT drain. Melt butter in a saucepan and blend in flour. Add milk and cook on high until thick and bubbly. Add cheese, stirring until melted. Add to vegetables with corn and ham and heat. Serve.
