Green lentilsprego oringinal spaghetti sauce zucchini (chopped)celery (chopped small)cabbage (shredded)onion (bhopped)chicken breast (cubed)spicy italian sausage (cubed)sweet potato (diced)colby and Monterey jack cheese (shredded)Taco seasonings (any type is good as long as you like it)
Cook lentils as on pkg. (2 cups dry) in crock pot or stove top. Drain. Add spaghetti sauce and bring to warm.
Meanwhile-
Cook chicken breat and sausage and cube.
Saute veggies or steam to tender crisp.
Mix in meat and simmer.
Add saute to beans and sauce.
Add spices (which can also include salsa, garlic and other depending to how spicy you like your food.
Serving Size: makes 6 1 cup servings
