Easy Crockpot Potato Soup

Ingredients
1 bag frozen shredded hash browns1 block cream cheese (fat free won't work)3 cans chicken broth1 can cream of chicken soup1 cup chopped onion
Directions
Combine all except cream cheese in crockpot, cook on low 6-8 hours. An hour before done add cream cheese (break into small pieces to allow melting). Stir couple of times after adding cream cheese, cook another hour.
