Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
1 small cabbage head (shredded)0.25 cup olive oil1 tsp saltjuice of 1 lemon
Directions
Shred the cabbage an wash and drain, put in a bowl sprinkle the salt then scrunch the cabbage mixing in the salt, add the olive oil and lemon juice then toss the salad. refrigerate til needed.
