Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients
4 potatoes diced2 med onions diced1 green pepper diced1 pound ground breakfast sausage1 overflowing teaspoon of chopped garlic5 drops hot sauce1 cup chicken broth (+/- a little bit as needed)
Directions
Cook pork sausage, diced onions, diced green pepper in a big skillet until pork is almost done. Add garlic, hot sauce and a healthy pinch of season all. cook another minute and add diced potatoes and cook for a few minutes until potatoes start to get a little brown at the edges. Add broth and cook until potatoes are fork tender. This was adapted from a recipe I saw on the tee vee a few years ago.
