Crock pot steel cut oatmeal

Ingredients
2 cups steel cut oatmeal4 cups waterhandful of dried cranberriesa few chopped nuts2 chopped apples1/4 cup brown sugar2 tsp cinnamon
Directions
spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray. Chop apples and nuts. Add all ingredients and stir. Cook on low in crock pot overnight. Store in fridge for up to a week.

    I omitted the Nuts because I am allegic. Instead of brown sugar I used Splenda, also I added 1 tbsp of Vanilla. Yummy !!!!!! - 2/23/08
