4 C old fashioned oatmeal1 C oil (I use nut oils)1 C brown sugar (I use honey or agave)Mix ingredients & keep over nightAdd 3 eggs beaten & fold in1C Coconut1C Walnuts ( I use hazlnuts, pecans and almonds)1C raisins/cranberries/cherriesMixMake small scoops on parchment paperBake @350 F for 15 minutesRemove and storein airtight containerEnjoy a healthy snack or for breakfast!
