Ingredients
14 oz. Extra Firm Tofu ( drained )approx 1/ 2 cup seasoned flour to coat1 egg beaten to coat approx. 1/2 cup of cooking oil for frying
Directions
drain tofu......press with paper towel

coat slices with egg and coat with flour mixture

fry in oil until brown and crispy
