2 lbs stewing beef cubes3 medium potatoes1 onion coarsely chopped4 carrots sliced or chopped1.5 cups frozen corn2 cups stewed tomatoes2 cups beef stock0.5 cup water0.25 cup flourMontreal Steak Spice to taste
Brown beef with Montreal Steak Spice to taste.
Add beef, potatoes, carrots, corn, tomatoes, onion and stock to the crockpot. After cooking on high for about 2 hours, combine flour and cold water and add to mixture to thicken.
