*Whole Wheat Flour, 3 cup (remove) *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified, 1.5 cup (remove) *Active Dry Yeast, 1.5 tsp (remove) Milk, 2%, 1.5 cup (remove) *Ghee, 8 tsp (remove) *Idaho Potato, 1 medium, 25 oz : BOILED Onions, raw, 2 small (remove) *Hot Chili Peppers, 3 pepper (remove) Ginger Root, 1 tbsp (remove) Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp (remove) Salt, 1 tsp (remove) *1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder, 2 serving (remove) Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp (remove)
-Mix the flours, milk, 3 spoons of ghee, yeast, a little salt together and mix the dough lightly and leave it in a bowl with a cling wrap around it for 1 hour. It should rise up.
- Then saute the onions in 3 spoons ghee and add the rest of the ingredients and cook till dry.
- Take the risen dough and divide into 12 balls, make discs with your hand and spoon some curry in and press the edges together and upturn it and let it rest on a greased baking pan.
- let it rise for another 15minutes and then bake at 350F for 20min. Apply a little ghee on top and serve!1
