1 fish (sea bass) approximately 3-4 lbs1 lemon1 large tomato1 bell pepper1 onion2 tsp olive oilshrimpmushroomstomato pastefor the sauce:garlic1 bunch parsley1 bunch cilantrochile powderpaprikawhite vinegar1 tsp tomato pastesalt and pepper
Mix garlic cloves, chopped parsley, cilantro, chile powder, paprika in a bowl. Pour on vinegar and salt and pepper. Mix 1 tsp of tomato paste. Marinate fish in half of mixture and let it sit 2 hours in refrigerator.
Slice lemons, tomatoes, bell pepper, mushrooms and onions.
Combine shrimps with mushrooms and stuff the fish. Put the rest of the vegetables on top. Combine marinate with tomato paste and olive oil and pour on top of the vegetables. Bake for 40 min at 350F
Serve with rice
