Ingredients
1.5 cups corn1 Onion chopped (red or white)1 can Goya Black Beans (15.5 oz)1 can Goya Kidney Beans (15.5oz)1 Bell Pepper chopped85/15% Ground Beef 16oz1.5 cups shelled Soy Beans (Edamame)1 can Marinara Sauce (3 cups)salt & pepper
Directions
saute onions, pepper, soy beans over med heat, add beef cook until meat is browned. add beans and sauce and cook on low heat until everything is cooked through, salt & pepper to taste
