Diamond Q Salmon Patties

Ingredients
2 cns Pink Salmon2 eggs1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder1/4 bread crumbs
Directions
Take bones out of salmon. Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well. Scoop 1/4 C mixture into your hand and form into a patty. When all the mixture is used, place 2 Tbsn Canola Oil into skillet. Fry patties in oil until brown on both sides and well heated through.

Serving Size: Makes 10 2 1/2" patties
