Chipotle chicken

Ingredients
1 Tbsp olive oil10 chicken thigh (skin removed)1.5 cups milk 1%1 cup fat free greed yogurt.3 chipotle peppers in adobo 1 packet chicken broth granules.1 Dash of salt1 Dash of pepper.,
Directions
Pure' the milk,yougurt ,chipotle and chicken broth granules in blender untill smooth.
Heat oil in frying pan add chicken and brown them on all sides.Turn heat down to simmer, add the milk mixture to chicken in the pan, add salt and pepper to taste, leet simmer for 20 minutes or untill done.

Serving Size: makes 5 servings @ 2 thighs each.
